This "Privacy Policy" governs the processing of your personal data by Kunla International, with registered office at Spinnersstraat 10, 8510 - Marke - Kortrijk, registered in the CBE, with number 0771.547.502.(hereinafter: Kunla).

1.1. Kunla processes your Personal Data in the course of its activities. This includes:

Article 2 - What do we use your personal data for?

2.1. General purposes:

            Kunla will only use your Personal Data for:

• Category 2 and 3: Responding to queries and requests for information, with the legal basis of performing a service you have requested;

• Category 2, 3 and 4: Direct marketing, newsletters, actions and promotions by Kunla itself, with the legal basis being our legitimate interest in respect of existing customers or your explicit, prior consent if you are not yet a customer of Kunla. • Category 5: The delivery and invoicing of products or services ordered by you, with the legal basis being the performance of an agreement you have requested and for which the processing of your Personal Data is necessary or because the law requires it or still because Kunla has a legitimate interest to do so.

You have the right to have your Personal Data available in digital and readable form and/or to other responsible parties to be transferred to another service provider of your choice.
